Welcome to our fifteenth edition of the short'ncrisp newsletter.
This edition's marks our 5 year completion and we cant thank all of you enough for being with us through this journey. This edition some of the highlights include us obtaining our FCRA, empanellment with International Employer Giving Platforms such as Your Cause and Benevity and ofcourse our celebration of the "stars" or "Nakshatragale" as we like to call.

This edition's highlights include a peep at our new look with upgraded infrastructure at all our centers, addition of "Students" into our Advisory Board and lastly launch of "Lesson Maps" - our experiment to shift the agency of learning from teachers to students, so they can decide their pace, style and ways of mastering the learnings.

Welcome to our thirteenth edition of the short'ncrisp newsletter.
This edition we are happy to announce our International Partnership with Archis Foundation - A registered 501C Organization in US. This partnership now allows us to access international contribution in four currencies - US Dollars, Pound Sterling, Euro and Australian Dollar
While we wait for our FCRA to arrive, our international partners will help us raise funds for our cause.

Welcome to our twelfth edition of the short'ncrisp newsletter.
This edition would love to put the spotlight on our need for REFLECTING and RETHINKING of what we should do to take SOF to 2023 and beyond. With 5 years of data and experience, we are seriously looking at our learnings and asking ourselves "what should we do differently to take SOF to its next level of impact". Our team has been actively brainstorming on what worked and what didnt and designing our programs for our future.

Welcome to our tenth edition of the short'ncrisp newsletter.
So finally we completed the admissions of all our Grade 10 to PU students and their colleges have started. We are now starting the next phase of support (Program Sethu) for them. Meanwhile we recruited 35 more students Grade 8 / 9 across while also starting our newest center at Ramagondanahalli , Bangalore.

Welcome to our ninth edition of the short'ncrisp newsletter. In this edition, lets talk of "Bridges". Incidentally many of us at SOF are at footstep of our own "bridges" at the same time! We all can see our next milestones "staring" at us as we bravely inch towards it!
Grade 10ers are "staring" at Pre-University(PU) , Grade 12ers are "staring" at College , Our College cohorts are "staring" at Job while we at SOF are "staring" at what else/next for our 300+ orbit shifters!

Welcome to our eight edition of the short'ncrisp newsletter. In this edition, we want to show you a glimpse of home-developed App called "SOFOne App" that we use for all internal tracking,resource sharing and more. Meanwhile we have 23+ students of ours appearing for their first public Grade 10 exam in March 2022. While they are gearing up, our centers/teachers are now almost available 24 x 7 to provide them on-demand support whenever and whatever they need to cross this first milestone of their educational journey.

In this edition, we want to remind and refresh you about our three core programs - Astivaaram (Foundation), Sethu (Bridge) and Sthamba(Pillar) and how they play out in our shared journey with the families we support.

In this edition, we look at steps we have taken to optimize our resources (teachers) and ensure that all our children have a strong after-school-support system in place as they resume their schools. Though physical classes are yet to open, we do see a shimmer of light that things may get back from "virtual" to "real" soon.

In this edition, we will look ahead at 2021 and embrace it with our full heart (in spite of the microbe still around). We will have 28 of our orbit shifters give their first public exams. We will also be experimenting with new cities and even rural locations. Our goal is to ensure our families and students get a fair and leveled ground to play this game called - "Life".
