 To request a refund, please contact us at support@shiftingorbits.org within 7 days of making the donation. We will require proof of donation such as transaction details or receipts. Refunds will only be processed if the donation was made through our website and not through any third-party platform. 

 Refunds will only be processed if the donation was made in error or if the donor wishes to withdraw their support. Refunds will not be processed if the donation was made intentionally or if the donor has received any benefits or perks as a result of the donation. 

 Once we have received your refund request and the necessary documentation, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be processed through the same mode of payment used for the donation. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor. 

 If you wish to cancel your recurring donation, please contact us at support@shiftingorbits.org at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled payment. The cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle. We will not be able to process any refunds for payments that have already been made. 

 We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately and will be posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
